According to the Animal Legal Defense Fund’s 2023 Animal Protection Laws Rankings, Idaho is ranked in the bottom tier at #48. Realize there are significantly more areas of improvement needed in Idaho than what ALDF has listed.
Limited Protections for Companion Animals
